Service issues in Kensington (Joburg)

I have been experiencing extremely slow download speeds on my 20mb VDSL line since Friday. I logged a call with Telkom and have called them FOUR times since then for some sort of resolution. When I initially logged the call, the agent took my cellphone number, but I am certain that he wrote it incorrectly which has resulted in absolutely NO response to my call. The system says the call is "in progress". 
Is there anyone else in this area that is experiencing the same issues?
