Shocking ADSL service

Does anyone else have an ADSL connection that is as unstable as mine?

I have not had a single month since the start of the year, if not longer, where I have had a solid month of connectivity.

At least once or twice a month my ADSL goes down and I have to log a fault.

The most recent fault, which occured on Monday, was fixed on Tuesday morning ... and was DEAD again by Tuesday evening. This was then fixed again on Wednesday ... and was DEAD again on Thursday morning.

This is costing me a fortune in mobile data for which Telkom does not compensate me.

I work from home so connectivity is vital.

More pressingly, I have a special needs child and we use the internet as one of the tools fo rhis therapy. Without the connectivity makes life very difficult all round ... especially formy son.
