This is the tracert from CMD on my PC. It is clear that a configuration problem is happening.
DNS is dropping Host resolve takes for ever. The call Desk tells me all is fine.
Where do I go from here to solve this problem.

Can't see your photo but if Telkom fibre works like ADSL vis-a-vis DNS then try changing the DNS in the ONT/router to 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary and see if this helps
