I've been with Telkom for many years, using Uncapped ADSL with a 4mg Line (unfortunately that is the only option we have available in my area) for the past few weeks (more than a month) I've been having a really bad internet connection. I have a PS4 and through PS4 I watch YouTube, Netflix, Showmax and also play Online Games. YouTube and Netflix seem to work fine, but Showmax buffers extremely bad and I can barely play Online Games due to lagging. I've been playing online since 2011 and never had any issues. The issue started about a month or so ago. Who do I need to contact? This is driving me insane. What am I paying for?!
