Slow service

Hi Telkom,

Comunity what a great two weeks it has been! I was taught such a valuable lesson in patients, spending money and believing the words of a Telkom technical support person, that I cannot state the point further. My ISP logged the fault with Telkom on the 1st December today it is the 14 December and gues what still no internet!!!

 

So as the song goes 9 days to Christmass my truelove gave to me, Hopefully a working internet to actually do my work. 3g data cost to date R1200.00. I just love the way the escalate a fault and nothing happens.

 

Thanks Telkom for creating a comunity where we can write lovely posts but the service is still pisspoor.
