Softcapped when not at 100% usage!

I use the data monitoring tool in my capped account to squeeze out the most data as possible per month. This morning I noticed that I had been soft capped. Luckily it's the last day of the month.


However looking at the data monitoring tool, it shows that I am still only at 98%!


Lesson to learn is that with Telkom, you don't have to be at 100% to be capped.


Next month I won't be so cheeky as to assume I can use 100% but will budget for say 95%...things that make you go hmmm!Telkom maths...Telkom maths...
