We moved house and it’s been established that we have fibre and the line in ready to go. Telkom send someone for the hardware which was already in place, the guy Joseph said he will come back with someone to set up the software and nothing. We have been paying for 2 months without service. It’s literally a software installation that need to be done. What can we do to get this sorted out. As the technician is not answering his phone now.
