cancelled on the 23rd of april, followed up every week, everytime the agent comes with the same story, the guy that needs to release it is on leave.
you keep billing me and i have zero to show for that, i cant cancel my debit order coz you will blacklist me, so telkoms attitude: just F the client
this is exactly why im leaving telkom, youre no better than common thieves.
then you try to convince me you will backdate the payments? Wake up and smell youre own BS......

I have been trying to cancel a phone that was sent for close to a month now.
1. the wrong phone was delivered an iphonex instead of a p20lite
2. telkom after 4 days of calls and emails made it my problem to get the courier service to return the phone
3. it was returned before 7 days was up i sent proff of delivery .
4. i called around a week ago to make sure its now cancelled .
5 today i find out its still on query its active and i have to pay and cancel online
6. and if i dont pay around R1600 end of the month i will be blacklisted
7. the P20 lite should of only cost me 319 pm which i can afford.
9. THEY WANT TO BLACKLIST ME IF I DONT PAY LIKE A 1000PM
I CANT PAY THAT PLUS I RETURED BEFORE THE 7 DAYS

I lost my phone try to blacklist it but the customer service number does not work vry frustrating, because I cannot get a case number, zi cant claim from insurance. 10213 does not work. Please advise
