This is s frustrating. I am trying since Monday to log a technical query and I do not com right with 10210 nor via the website with online Chat Help.
Please can someone from telkom assist with this matter?

Hi @Heleen01, like UncaPaul stated, our Community is for peer 2 peer support and not for Servise. Why not try contact us via our Social Media support teams on Facebook or Twitter, that way no frustrating waits on the phone.
