My wifi is as dead as a dodo. Telkom have zero sense of urgency, I get zero feedback on a logged query. So I think my question is how the foxtrot do you get a reaction or service. Having no wifi is costing me money as have to keep buying data from Vodacom. Oh and it's costing me R1,300 pm for nothing. Anyone know someone high up in Telkom?.

@TanyaDixon Telkom isnt manning this with agents... Where abouts are you. I have heard that weather conditions up the north of the country have caused a load of faults and it is taking a while to fix faults.
