How is it theat Telkom can just decide to charge for a package when we didn't sign up for it. All we signed up for was the line rental and the ADSL rental. We have a VOX package and didn't need a Softcap and a Weekend Evening Planner.
We have gone to the shops and phoned in several times over the past two months, logged the issue, and asked on the TelkomZA facebook page and still NOTHING has been done.
We were told not to pay it and not to worry as it would be corrected on our next invoice but to our surprise it wasn't.
Who do i speak to to take this further?
Was the agent that took our call high when the package was set up incorrectly?
