Telkom fraudulently charging me for Bussiness Uncapped 10mbps account

So on the 17th of January Telkom opened up a Business Uncapped 10mbps account for me without my consent. I did not apply for nor order the account.  Now it seems I cannot cancel it as Telkom is just ignoring me. I have phoned, emailed, went to the local telkom shop, talked to them on twitter and facebook and still the account has not been canceled and also appeared on my invoice for January.  


What should I do? Open a fraud case against them? or? I am really at my wits end here.
