Telkom in Tzaneen

My Telkom & ADSL has been not working from the 1st of August.
I've been calling daily to find out about the progress of the fault to no avail.
Ref:187CTK010816 & escalation ref: 883626.

Hi @mkesa, apologies for the delay. There is a tech assigned. The delay is due to high workload, compounded by some industrial action were are facing. I have escalated your fault to our field team to prioritize.

Hi @mkesa, our technical team just spoke to the asigned technician. He is finishing off 1 job and will attend to your fault next, still today.

I have applied for the June deal after my Telkom lines were stolen.
I’ve been calling in daily to ask about the progress on my order & all I hear from the agents is :- “ wrong code was placed on order & it’s being corrected”
It’s now over a month !
Order no :- LDD20190621001.

Merle has helped me this morning, to correct the order once again, how long will this go on !
