Telkom incompetent to sort out issues

Hi there community

I have this issue. I'm on 20mb uncapped fibre. Telkom as my isp. Almost every night I'm having packet loss and I do gaming like battlefield, apex etc. My speed is not even 5mb. I've reported this to Telkom. Heck even our telephones at night is intermittent. So how can I go about sorting this when you have already reported the fault to Telkom and they unwilling/incompetent to sort out this issue. I was thinking of just ditching them and let cool ideas do my internet because it seems like they don't give a F about customers. And Telkom is the ones trying to get away from being associated with a bad name. I'm in the Pretoria area.

 

I've tried a different isp like a free axxess 1GB account and it works 100% go back to telkom and getting slow speeds and packet loss again.

 

I sure hope someone can help me out.
