Telkom keeps changing my line speed

Telkom keeps changing my line speed, 

They changed it twice now from 10mb to 8mb line for no reason, 

I'd really like you to stop doing that.

 

Then I have to wait 3-4 weeks for a technician, lucky if I can get through to telkom to log a fault or ask for a port reset as they do not answer calls, been calling for 3days straight.

 

any ideas?

Telkom is trying to optimise your profile. It normally checks for the fastest and stable profile and it applies it. It only lasts a few days but bare with it its for your benefit.

Having the same problem here this optimisation excuse is bull. It is not what we are paying for

It never used to be unstable it's telkoms overload of customers and lack of maintenance
