On the 24 november I (again) reported our line faulty. This time due to noise on the voice and intermittent internet. Since then we have had at least 5 calls from technicians promising "to send someone" to fix the problem. Guess what it has now been 20 days and we are yet to have our problem even looked at. The voice line can not be used (since November 24!!!!!) and the internet access drops in and out randomly around the clock. Down for 20-30% of the time is my best guessestimate.
The service has been poor since long time back with fixes only lasting a few weeks.
Previous faults logged since July 29, 2016, however please check your records as the below list is not exhaustive but merely what I could find via my SMS records:
I am yet to receive a refund for the downtime and I will expect some sort of gesture from Telkom ONCE you finally get to the root of our persistent problems.
