The reason this happens is simple, yu still have the default access name and password for your router. When loggining into your DSL-2750u router (I am not sure about other routers), click on MAINTENANCE and Access Control. Then change your "admin", "user" and "support" password. The default password for admin is admin, for user its user, and for support it is TelkomDlink12345. This support password is what hackers use to get in, take as much as possible or just change the name to TELKOMHACKED. Hope this helps someone.

@Alcapone77, i seem to recall that there was a firmware update some years back on this router to close the Support option, therefore you are not seeing it. Your router is most likely secure, but obviously you must still change any router admin passwords to prevent people getting in .

An update to this issue.
It seems that the issue relates to NON-Telkom DLINK routers. You can verify that by the Firmware version number.
Affected routers firmware version ends in "R01" whereas the DLINKs sold by Telkom end in "T01".
Please follow the instructions above or you can contact DLINK Support at Tel: 08600 35465 (DLINK) or 012 741 2000/1/2/3
