I got a new line installed yesterday but until now I have been unable to connect to the internet. Everything related to my line and account have been checked (and rechecked) and all appears normal. then entering my username/password, resetting it multiple times, resetting the router(s) also has yielded nothing. The only thing I can see when I go to the logs is "Timeout waiting for PADO packets" (on an Aztech router it says "Timeout PADO").
Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? I've already spent 7 working hours on this and gotten nowhere.
