We requested an upgrade of our line from 4mb to 10mb instore at Cresta on Saturday, 6 Feb. This was after confirmation that the exchange supports 10mb connectivity.
The lady from Telkom advised that it would take an estimated 48 hours for the line to reflect the upgraded speed. We have not noticed any difference in line and have rebooted the router repeatedly to see if this would resolve the problem.
Please can you investigate whether the request has been processed and whether we should expect improved connectivity?
