Waiting on vumatel/telkom Fibre to be active

On the 4th of March 2019 I called to activate my fibre, Object Number: VT-OTN-OB-1604 , I was told that it will take 7 working days to be activated. Its the 4th of April 2019 and still nothing. I have called numerous times, spoke to a manager on the 26th March 2019 and she said she will escalate it as well but still nothing! I ready to cancel and you welcomed to come and collect your router as I am happy to move onto another service provider.

This is absolutely ridiculous that we have to nag for service delivery.

I have actually given up and in the process of cancelling but its a mission because their systems are always offline, which ot me is a load of BS! I am having troubles even cancelling my landline because that was only being used for ADSL and now that I have fibre installed. Their service sucks! I cannot wait to be completely rid of telkom. I have played nice for long enough but its an inconvenience and they really dont care. So I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
