Reference Number 135681578 - We keep on running into a brick wall as far as trying to convince Telkom that we did NOT request to Self Install an ADSL line to our PC for Internet use, but want them to send round a technician to do it for us. Everytime we speak to someone at Telkom, it seems that because THEIR system says we are going to Self Install, nothing can happen.
Apart from walking into a call centre, and holding everyone at gun-point until something is done (which is a bit extreme), what else can we do?

@fransmulder this forum is for peer 2 peer support. Members here can maybe guide you through the settings of the router to get you up and running.
