Worst service ever

Telkom is beyond a joke, last month my services were cancelled due to a glitch in your system.... it took over 2 weeks and hundreds in airtime to get it reconnected... that lasted a week, this morning we were disconnected again.... 3 different departments and almost 45 mins on hold I get told that our account has been cancelled again, another department and I’m told that the initial reinstatement wasn’t completed correctly!!!!!! So, I understand that you make an error and you can’t even correct your error properly?? So again I sit without a service... I’m not prepared to wait another 2 weeks, I want this resolved by the end of today!!! I’m sick of paying for bad service...
