I have had issues for over 9 months with my adsl line in Zimbali. After several attempts to report this issue it is still not fixed. reporting this to the local retail store only got me abuse - after waiting in queue for 65 mins. the call centers are very nice but have no idea what happens after the problem is reported----The problem is usually outsoureced to some contractor who then says agents are too busy so he has to pick it up and the cycle starts over and over again!!!!!
Also how do i get a refund after paying my account every months like a good citizen----in expectation of good service which never ever comes--- so frustrating when the CEO of this company is probably thinking why business is so bad ( economy and all) but all it is , is the poor servive his company offers
