new line installed, but doesnt work

Hi, i have installed a new line today but my ISP cannot take over my adsl as the number the technitian gave me doenst work, i cant even log a fualt with the number.

@Ivan There is a chance that the technician has not written off the order as complete yet. Please contact the Call Center to query this:
