service delivery is still a huge concern at Telkom

to whom is may concern


we had a huge storm on Friday evening the 22nf of Feb, which blew out our fibre modem and ASUS router. I took it to the Rosebank Telkom office which all the sales lady wanted to do is sell me a new router which i did as it was urgent, even though i told her that i needed a fibre modem connection to connect to my router.

the store manager was helpful in logging a call this was Saturday AM at 9:15am its today Monday the  25th and still no response even though the sms i got stated it would be resolved within 48hrs.


all that i ask is that we have sincere service delivery and tell us the truth an dnot some story which is both hopleess and helpless.
