Hi

 

Please note that I have been promised a 2G data from Portia for not cancelling the contract on the

17/10/2018 and I have not received the Data nor communication regarding that, ref# 25271473

 

I called 180 Telkom line since to follow up but every consultant I speak with says they know nothing about the

2G data

 

Now I regret taking a contract with Telkom, taking this I didn’t know that I’m inviting problems

Bad service, videos are buffering while playing, lack of coverage

 

Please resolve the matter
