As at October 2017, the buttons to export your usage data was working fine.
Since November 2017, the buttons are now greyed out. Hence, im unable to export my usage data for any date.
An agent has informed me that he uses Chrome and it works for him - He admitted that the Chrome browser is not a Telkom standard saying that this is his preference. Using IE, Firefox or Safari, does not work.
I have logged a call about 8 days ago with no response.
Does anyone else have the same issue with their browsers on their account.
