I bought airtime on the 5 May 2020, from my Capitec Bank account. Still has not reflected. I call the centre and they said the problem that they hade with Capitec bank purchase has been resolved. I was told forward my bank statement and ID to them. Foolish me the bought airtime again, still nothing reflecting!!!! This is frustrating, Telkom should notify customers that they cannot do bank purchase for airtime. Instead of informing that the problem is resolved. Is anyone outthere having the same problem.
