Can't log into dashboard

I've had my Telkom account for about 2 years now and have called various times and used the online chat as well but to no avail has anyone been able to assist me.


Whenever I try to login into my Telkom account to view my usage and billing, I get the "Error 404 -- Not found" page.

Has anyone else experienced this and maybe sorted it out already?


I've asked the Telkom agents to delete the account so that I can maybe recreate it. I've cleared my browsers cache but this did not work either. I'm at my wits end with this now
