Please help! I have changed my ISP to Cool Ideas, but they do not have an email facility. I now can't send my emails from my Telkom email. Cool Ideas tells me that Telkom must assist to authenticate the outgoing server so the emails van pass through. I have been sent all over within Telkom but no luck as yet...no one seems to know what the outgoing server address should be. Is there anyone here that is using Cool Ideas as your ISP with a Telkom email address...

I am in the same position of not being able to send emails. I can receive emails. I have tried the 10217 business helpdesk for the past 2 weeks, but unfortunately found them to be very useless. I am at my wits end waiting for the technical help desk back office to resolve my queries.
