I have been trying to reset my password for a few days now but have been unsuccessful. I have submitted a password reset request and recieved my temporary password with a link to reset the password on customerportal.telkomsa.net However, none of the passwords I enter are accepted. I am following the rules - at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character. Anyone else have this problem?

Hope you came right last week, otherwise just call 10210 - they’ll reset the password for you on the call ( early 8 am best to get through)
