Plenty enquiries seen around the net but no clarity re. who qualifies for the new deal you mentioned.
We’re also Telkom customers in this forum so can’t help much re service issues ( no Telkom support agents here).
Apparently the 500gb night surfer ended 5 May but their new deal is ‘not automatically available to all customers’ .

Night Surfer data on the Telkom network is available between midnight and 07:00 each day.
The offer is not automatically available to all customers, however.”
Probably worth a call to 081180 with your usage history to see what they can do for you - maybe you could link the new sim to your account and change the tariff to access the night surfer option you want ?
