Hi My telkom email address was deleted off their system by, you guessed it TELKOM!. I HAVE MADE OVER 15 PHONE CALLS TO HAVE IT RE-INSTATED, AND WHAT A STRUGGLE THIS HAS BEEN. I keep getting asked to call 10213 who then ask me to speak to the technical team on 10210 and no one wants to accept responsability or help. What am I supposed to do?

My Telkom mailbox was wiped last year on a contract migration (they replaced it with a new blank inbox only retained the original email address) - did you recently change or ugrade your Telkom contract ?
