Do Messaging

I am unable to send any emails but can receive them in do messaging. Telkom cannot help me

Absolutely nothing. It just goes to the sent list

Couple of questions, I assume it has worked in the past?

Have you tried using the Mail Classic option in Do Messaging as a test?

Are you send from laptop or mobile device?

 

I just tested mine and everything is working Ok

Logging in as standard worked so that must mean that there is a setting that could change. I have another telkom login and that works fine. Thanks for the suggestion.

I seem to have a similar problem, but do not know where to set the "Mail Classic" Option.

Hi, can anyone help me as the 10210 service is absolutely clueless. I can recieve email on do-messaging but although it says it have beem sent, the sent e-mail does not go to the recipricant
