Do Telkom monitor this ever?

Please train your people properly. Went to Keniworth Center to upgrade from ADSL to Fiber. Was told that email accounts won't be touched. Got home unable to log in. Email was deactivated. Call center said it will be. now I have lost my emails and my aliases.
