Electronic recruitment website - Profile update error

Hi

 

Can't seem to pdate my profile on erecruitment website, getting an error that says "ID number already in use, you probably have an existing account already. Contact our HR department if necessary"

 

Please help, can't find the HR contact details.

Yes I did but failed, however I had to call in and have my data deleted before I could update my profile. Thanks Andile
