You have the most archaic systems that actually make zero sense, hence, WE, the paying consumer, has to log another fault to get the complaint resolved and not even getting to the actual fault. And it goes on from there.........
So, I logged a fault - Have a reference number - now I wait.
All I get is a call center agent calling me to tell me thatthe call is now closed. Thereafter, an SMS arrives stating that your call is now resolved.
So, I replied, 'NO' - options from the sms to indicate that your call is now resolved.
A day later, another SMS - your call is resolved -
Now the kicker.....
"If the problem still exists please contact Telkom on 10210 for Residential or 10217 for Business Services.
