I have just had fibre installed so no longer need ADSL, but would like to retain my landline telephone.
How do I cancel just the ADSL service?
On-line does not split landline telephone service from ADSL service

I have recently had fibre installed so no longer need ADSL service. This is shown as an item on the monthly bill that I have no use for.

I bought a contract phone and it was couried to me, now my sim card is damaged i have to do a sim swap and there is no telkom store in my area, I'm being told to locate the nearest store which is two hours drive from my town, so my question is should i travel that long just for a sim swap? why cant the store deliver just like they delivered the phone to my door step?

I have been trying for 7 months to cancel my service. I have faxed, I have emailed, phoned, and I am still getting R900 deducted from my account every month, please help.

I have the same problem. Telkom does not cancel. All they do is deduct payment each month from your debit order.
I tried to cancel a second time and got a "Unable to complete your request"
This is by far the worst "service" i have ever received

I have attempted 3 emails for cancellation and returned unavailable.
Is there email address where I can inform Telkom of cancellation.
