Please go to a telkom shop and get them to email the form and then get a ciopy for you and get ref on your cell phone.Follow up on that same number .

I am unable to link my contract to my profile it. I get an error msg that states that e-mail phone combination does not match.
I have been into telkom store and they are unable to assist. I want to cancel my contract.

I am fedup with Telkom . DONT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING FROM TELKOM!!! I have been trying to cancell my landline and internet for the past 6months. I have spoken to 5differnt people Zinthle, Nangamso etc. I send them the cancellation directly and they just never reply. I still get invoiced, so by this time I am pretty sure they are doing this deliberately to try and see how much they can still milk out of me. I am going to take legal action because trying to get through to Telkom is a waist of time. So to anyone out there who is thinking about cancelling their service GOOD LUCK!!!

Definetly the most useless service provider with NO respect for their customers and definetly no sense of business etiquete!!! Because of the useless or lack thereof service, I again tried to get in contact with Telkom in order to know what the penalty would be should I cancel my contract now. After requesting a callback numerous times, which never happened, "SHOCK"! I kept phoning them untill I had the courage and time to stay on the line for 16 minutes before my call was answered! The person who answered was very incompetent and after another 15 minutes he explained that I can only know what my penalty will be by following the online cancelation process. I did exactly that, and now it seems I've cancelled my contract, still don't know what the penalty is... and I cant "uncancel"! Bloody useless!!

The above does not work. I have multiple reference for 5 numbers and confirmtaion from the online portal. The lines are still active and I am still being billed. I have tried email, telephone, going to the branch and even the online portal. BEWARE! It's not possible to cancel an unused Telkom line. I have been struggling for almost a year and a half... You can complain online, Hello Pter, FAcebook, Twitter, even the Ombudsman. Nothing helps...
They still bill me even though I have done all they ask multiple times.
