Integrated Data usage

When I log in to the telkom dashboard and select my integrated data usage it always shows the full amount of data available with no usage. Even when the data is depleted and I can no longer use integrated data it still shows I have used no data???????

Does *101# give you the correct feedback?

 

Do you have the correct number registered on My Telkom?

 

I presume you're talking mobile
