I applied on 14 December 2015 and still have not had any communication.
I have a ticket number and there should be no reason for it to take this long. I am an existing Telkom client therefore Telkom does have all my details.
Could anyone from Telkom please assist and escalate this?
I'll provide my ticket number when needed.

Hi @Arieli @romividmar - Telkom does not respond to service delivery issues on this channel, this channel is exclusively for peer 2 peer support, ie. us helping each other.
