Line not cancelled - handed to attorney

I moved at the end of May 2018. I informed MWEB and TELKOM to end my line. MWEB did it but I still receive accounts from Telkom. I contacted them several times. I even handed in a letter at one of the offices. But the accounts are still coming. Now they have handed me over to an attorney to get the outstanding amount.  WHAT MUST I DO.
