No Telkom Mail for 3 weeks

I have not been receiving emails to our Telkom email address for over 3 weeks. I have logged faults, called 10210 who escalated, messaged and got hold of somebody on FB who said it had been escalated, but STILL no emails. I have had to notify  as many as I can that we are using our Gmail account now, but banks, SARS etc are an absolute nightmare to change.

 

Anybody have a similar issue or a resolution.
