ONLINE ORDER APPROVED - THEN DECLINED - NO HELP OR FEEDBACK

ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I ORDERED A SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 PRO IN GOLD ONLINE ON FREE ME TOP UP 1GIG FOR R289 PER MONTH.

AN AGENT CALLED ME TO CONFIRM MY ORDER AND INFORMED ME THAT THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO HE WAS GOING TO END THE CALL, PROCESS EVERYTHING AND NOTIFY ME WHEN DONE.

2 DAYS LATER, I GET AN SMS SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS APPROVED AND MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBTED WITHIN 3 DAYS. ALL WELL AND GOOD.

A DAY OR 2 LATER I GET ANOTHER SMS SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS DECLINED. 

HOW ON EARTH IS THAT POSSIBL??? 

I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND NOTHING WAS DEBITED. I CALLED 10213 SO MANY TIMES, STAYED ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND NOBODY HAS HELPED ME SINCE!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THERE IS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT AND I AM NOW STUCK WITHOUT A PHONE! I EVEN ASKED AN AGENT (NOMSIBUSISO I THINK WAS HER NAME) TO CHECK IF THE GUY I INITALLY SPOKE TO TOOK DOWN THE CORRECT BANKING DETAILS AS THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN AT THE  TIME.

IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NO HELP!!!! 

UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN TELKOMS SERVICE
