I ordered a landline onlie about 3 weeks ago. I received a phone call from the sales department who advised me of the price etc but they did not give me a reference number. They also stated that the technician would contact me within 7 working days, that is also yet to happen and it is now heading for 21 working days justabout.
Could you please provide me with a reference / order number in order to track the progress online or get somebody to contact me regarding whether there even is an order.
