Prepaid Landline - Recharge and Balance Queries?

Hi. I've been buying R1799.00 50Gig bundle for past few years. Now all of a sudden PC says my balance is insufficient to purchase once again. Please tell me: (a)What is this balance business? - I pay you R1799 and you suply 50Gig. (b)What do I do now to buy a package again?

(NB: I'm 80 years old (almost) and cannot follow a telehone conversation).

@Grandpamike hi. can you post an image of the message that's displayed on your pc? it sounds like you may have exceeded your bandwidth. not too sure though. hope it's working again.
