Bought a phone online via telkom app on 01 feb 2019 so happy to have finally received it,was told to wait 48 hours for sim to be activated unfortunatly it wasn't i called many times regarding the matter ooooh poor service they kept on passing me to other departments
Even now my sim card not yet activated (Hee bana kanti what's wrong with these consultants???
So dissapointed was expecting only the best from Telkom

Good day i'm having the same problem from last week my simcard is not being activated i 've been given a case number my case is being resolved untill today i'm still waiting every one keep making promises but never solved the issue
