I upgraded to VDSL 40mbps, purchased the correct modem. (It took me 3 phonecalls holding on for a total of over an hour to speak to the correct person to upgrade my line). After all of that the line is now only running at 8 - 11 mbps.  I have now been on the line with Telkom for over 40 minutes, (enough time to open an account on this chat line and type this message) and they keep on putting me through from department to department. How do I contact the correct department to solve the problem without holding on for 40 minutes?

(PS: I am so sick of that stupid song that they play while one is holding the line, and I am really sick of hearing they are experiencing high call volumes).
