Hi There. I have been with telkom 4 years now and I never had a problem.
Ive been struggling to enable my TI 1gig mobile data which is part of the 4mb uncapped deal. They give you the option of activating it yourself, but when I log in my account I am not given that option. Why is that?

We’re customers in the forum - sorry can’t help much re service issues, but I understand from other community posts that sims are always rica’d & activated by Telkom. They’ll do both on the same day if you visit your local store with your sim, ID, and proof of residential address .
