TIN number

Hi

 

I have had my adsl line installed but I do not have internet settings like username and password. I called the call centre and they cannot help me as I do not have a TIN number. When I call 10213 I seem to go into a loop or just be placed on hold forever. What do I do?

 

I have e-mail 10213@telkom.co.za and no response from there either
